Angela's Tailgate Mexi Chicken

Ingredients

chicken thighs or breasts skinless & boneless

1 can diced tomatoes

1 jar salsa verde

sour cream

shredded lettuce optional

chopped avocado optional

Directions

In crockpot, cook chicken with tomatoes & salsa verde until chicken is done.
When chicken is done, shred with 2 forks & stir till well-combined in sauce.

At serving time, stir in sour cream.
Spoon into warm tortillas. May add shredded lettuce & avocado if desired.
